藝術工作者通過表演 傳達道歉寬恕意義

“對不起”,不一定要用說,一群藝術工作者 通過藝術表現的方式,呈獻另開生面的演出,傳達“道歉”和“寬恕”的意義。 (吉隆坡5日訊,中国报) 配合9月5日的“說對不起日”,多名本地表演藝術工作者,通過演唱、棟篤笑、剪輯短片、原創歌曲表演和戲劇的方式,鼓勵國人勇于道歉和寬恕他人。 這項演出,都離不開“道歉”和“寬恕”的主題,有別于一般說教式的宣導方式,傳達“說對不起”的意義,而觀眾們也沉浸在“道歉”和“寬恕”的思考中,領悟道歉和寬恕。 演出是于今晚8時30分在吉隆坡中央藝術坊Annexe畫廊舉行,吸引超過百名公眾出席。 8人參與演出 “說對不起日”是由楊偉光后援會聯同國內數個非政府和各宗教組織,包括回教復興前線、大馬基督教青年協會,以及大馬佛教青年總會發出,鼓勵國人勇于道歉和寬恕他人。 共有8名本地藝術工作者參與這項演出,包括阿米爾莫哈末、安妮占姆斯、麗雅娜、依哲、布萊恩、馮啟德、希山慕丁萊益士和I.Soul樂團。 儘管“說對不起日”活動的靈感源自于楊偉光,惟此活動卻與楊偉光上訴案件沒有任何關係,只是鼓勵國人一旦犯錯后,應該勇于道歉。 配合“說對不起日”,楊偉光后援會已連續兩天在中央藝術坊舉行一系列的活動包括講座會、展覽和表演;而在9月5日當天,也會將一些“說對不起日”短片上載至面子書,供國人觀賞。” Photo : Melvin Mah, Hui Chun To find out more about Say Sorry Day, http://facebook.com/saysorryday

“当政府、企业、领袖和个人说道歉”座谈会

(吉隆坡5日訊,中国报) 施里德哈:對盲點視而不見 企業沒說對不起文化 《馬來西亞局內人》總執行長兼創辦人施里德哈指出,我國企業沒有“說對不起”的文化風氣,即使領導層知道問題癥結,也會選擇不接受勞方的意見。 他舉例,因召回轎車風波在日本國會作證的豐田汽車公司社長豐田章男,因此而公開道歉,但反觀現今許多企業公司,卻選擇對本身盲點或弊端,視而不見。 “一間企業的前線員工,是站在最前線維護公司形象的人,可是他們的總執行長知道事實,卻不接受這些低下階層員工的意見。 “每個人看事情都有許多盲點,這些看不到的地方,或多或少會影響自己的判斷,造成許多影響與錯誤;如果一位團隊領導者沒有在下達決策前,及時發現自己疏忽盲點,最后下達的決策絕對會有風險與危機存在。” 施里德哈主講“當企業說對不起”講座時指出,許多尋求原諒者都忽略了以真誠心來道歉,一個人在道出“對不起”后,也已不在乎對方是否已原諒自己。 真心祈求他人原諒 “當你犯錯要道歉時,應嘗試說‘對不起,請你原諒我’,這才是一個真心祈求他人原諒的舉動。” 回教復興前線研究員厄德里主講“當社區說對不起”時舉例說,國陣和反對黨之間的爭吵永無止境,而國陣國會議員永遠不會向反對黨先說“對不起”。 他說,許多人不願意當先開口說對不起的一方,如同一個社區內有回教徒和基督教徒,宗教司和神父卻因上世紀的血腥歷史,而無法和平相處。 戲劇工作者廖培珍主講“當個人說對不起”時引用羅密歐與茱麗葉劇情說,該劇劇終是這對情侶雙雙殉情,可是其故事背景是以兩個家族和好結束,這就是兩個家族意識到這對小兒女殉情后,省悟及原諒彼此。 安美嘉: 国人须思考尊重文化
